Visit our Aromatherapy Blending Bar

If utilizing our aromatherapy blending bar, you will be guided in custom blending your personal therapeutic massage oil, body butter, or body scrub to be used in your treatment. This perfect blend is great for take home use as well.

Full Spectrum Sauna

If having a sauna prior to your massage, you will be given a bamboo body wrap to change into.  While sitting in our full spectrum sauna, enjoy the healing benefits of light and colour with “Chromotherapy”, as well as “Acoustic Resonance Therapy”, which creates an environment for the body to experience the benefits of sound and vibration healing in an integrative way enabling total relaxation.

Sumptuous Treatment Rooms

When you meet your therapist, you will be taken to your treatment room that has been set up specifically for you and your needs.  Once your treatment begins, you will immediately feel the difference in the quality of care we have taken from the heated tables, to our extremely soft linens.

Quality of Care

Your RMT (Registered Massage Therapist) will go over your health history with you to ensure there are no contra-indications to massage and to assess your preventive or rehabilitative soft tissue goals.  Your therapist will set up an intensity scale with you to ensure your level of comfort is always met during treatment.

Upon completion of your treatment, your therapist will provide you with a suitable home care plan that will assist you in reaching your wellness goals.
