Valerija List, RMT

Valerija graduated with honours from the Mohawk College of Massage Therapy Program in 2015. She has high regard for people’s physical and mental health concerns and respects each patient’s individual needs by creating an individualized treatment plan using various techniques.

Valerija’s patients rave about her “Indie Head Massage,” which brings balance back to those high tension areas for those suffering from headaches or tension in their neck, head, and upper body. She is also skilled in Bamboo, Hot Stone Massage and Deep Tissue Massage techniques that will relax and rehabilitate the body’s soft tissues.

Valerija has a European background and can speak English, German, Russian, Lithuanian, and Polish. She looks forward to helping you create new movement in the body!
